“form follows function” is at a Race-Car or Super-Sports-Car the same dictation as on an aeroplane…born to be fast…so if someone is knowing that Malcolm Sayer (Jaguar C+D+E Type + XJ-S + XJ 13 Constructor) was an areroplane aerodynamist…and the aerodynamic conzept is the state of Art of an E-Type…it is clear….nobody needs an E-Type…..but if…than you understand

During a restoration I could see directly that this form wantĂ‚Â´s to be connected into the designĂ˘â‚¬Â¦Ă˘â‚¬Â¦.which was privided from M.Sayer.
The headlights has to be fixed (3.5 Inch Series 2+3 + at Series 1,5 nearly 2 Inch) more backwards exact into the position as it is at Serie 1…so that the originally wanted ….classic line…..becomes free.
Until this stylistic incongruity would not be repaired…
